ABOUT

At All Kinds Psychology, therapy honours your individuality and lived experience. Together, we move at your pace, meeting you where you are. Our vision is to create a space grounded in connection, safety and empowerment - where all brains, all bodies and all ways of being are valued.

Hello, my name is Alise (she/her).

I’m the founder of All Kinds Psychology, a Clinical Psychologist, and lover of the colour green. I grew up in a small coastal country town riding horses and playing basketball. One of my greatest joys is being an aunty, my favourite pass time is a mystery crime drama, my happy place is watching the sunset at the beach, I enjoy trying to bake (try being the key word as following a recipe is a challenge), and most jokes go straight over my head. Alongside All Kinds Psychology, I continue to work in the public sector supporting young people in accessing gender-affirming medical care.

My experience encompasses individual and group work with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, autism (including PDA), gender diversity, trauma and OCD.

A central focus of my work is supporting autistic people who are navigating eating disorders or difficulties with eating. Over the years, across both public and private settings, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults and families at the complex intersection of neurodivergence and eating challenges. Along the way, I’ve adapted evidence-based treatments to support the person in front of me - considering their whole picture. This work has taught me that flexibility matters. Collaboration matters. Advocacy matters.

If we sit, play, walk or talk together in therapy, you can expect kindness, honesty, and someone who genuinely cares about creating a space where you belong.
